India's golden triangle is a popular tourist circuit which connects the national capital Delhi to Agra and Jaipur. The Golden Triangle is so called because of the triangular shape formed by the locations of New Delhi, Agra and Rajasthan on a map. One of the essential India tours for anyone looking to visit the most iconic destinations. Most Golden Triangle tours start from Delhi and after that traveller visits Agra and Jaipur.
Delhi is a city that has been captured over and over again by various armies through the history. The buildings here tell us stories of historic battles and an Independent nation; while the bustling markets invite you to buy anything and everything.
Agra tops the list of "must visit" places in India and attracts tourists like moths to flame. Home to one of the seven wonders in the world, Agra witnesses a huge number of tourist arrivals. The city is studded with splendid architecture, dating back to the Mughal-era. The cultural and historical richness of the city has also earned it a place in the Golden Triangle along with Delhi and Jaipur.
Jaipur the most famous and beautiful place of the "Land of Kings". Popularly known as the Pink city of India its rich and exquisite monumental beauty paves the way for making it the most popular tourist destination in Rajasthan. Known for its fascinating monuments, colourful markets, gorgeous handloom garments and wonderfully laid-out gardens, Jaipur is the perfect mix of Indian heritage and the royalty of Rajasthan.
