Vaishno Devi, also known as Mata Rani, Trikuta and Vaishnavi, is a manifestation of the Hindu Goddess Mata Adi Shakti also known as MahaKali/Parvati/Durga. Vaishno Devi Mandir is a Hindu temple dedicated to the Hindu Goddess, located in Katra at the Trikuta Mountains within the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. The journey to the Holy Shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji starts with the Call from Mata. Day 1 : Jammu - Katra (50 km - 2 hr approx.)

On arrival at Jammu, you will be transferred to the hotel at Katra for check-in to the hotel. Spend the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 2 : Vaishno Devi Darshan

Early in the morning, start your yatra (trek) towards Vaishno Devi Temple (Total 13 Kms walk to The Vaishno Devi Temple from Katra and it takes about 4-5 Hrs). You can also hire ponies (on additional cost). En route visit Ardhkuwari Temple (Once queue tickets are purchased the wait period could be half an hour to 3 hours or more depending on the rush). After Vaishno Devi Temple Darshan, Baba Bhaironath Temple Darshan is recommended to make your yatra (visit) successful. Return to hotel for a pleasing overnight stay.

Day 3 : Excursion to Shivkhori (80 km - 3 hr one-way approx.)

Today, proceed for day excursion to Shivkhori Cave. Return back to the hotel at Katra by evening. Overnight in Katra.

Day 4 : Departure

Checkout from the hotel and you will be transferred to the nearest railway station or airport for your onward journey back to Home.
